Many have come up to me, sharing their anger, fatigue, loneliness. It is always either they sleep all day long or they can’t get to sleep. Their appetite is excessive or decreased. The jobs they don’t enjoy at all. When it is hard for them to remember what it is like to be happy. Killing themselves is the only solution. I wonder if how many of them are aware of the same thinking i have sometimes. Of course, I hear, one by one of their stories.
Humans’ thoughts are simply uncontrollable. How you feel is not the result of what has been happening in your life. You are what you do, not what you did or what you are going to do. The thought of ending a life, I must say is absurd. How bad your life is for you to have this way out of the life that has been given to you.
Let me share with you what I think about Life.
Life, the amount of periods we live is known as life. One has only a life to live for. In other words, oen can only live once, minus the conservative or religious beliefs of “afterlife”. Life is just too short for negative thinking.
Happiness, the best emotion that mankind can attain, is attaining and will keep attaining. Happiness can be attained in many ways.
My Way : by doing something I like, by fullfilling a task or simply by doing good deeds. As long as it brings a smile across people face,I know that I am happy with what I am doing.
Have we ever given a thought that what you do to bring joy to others’ life, is merrier than the joy we achieved by ourself?
